LIBRARY OF BABEL
2015
An installation that reflects an image of the universe. There are no books, only an unknown number of letters and number forms (shapes) in different languages and from different cultures. They have been thrown together by chance or perversely repeated, and have turned into piles of clutter in which they are unclear. They interfere with each other and do not constitute any meaningful concept, much like this chaotic world. Their reflections in the mirror are nothing more than illusions of their material existence. There are some scattered words here and there, such as war, love, nature, terrorism, and religion. Every character is a default object, making this library infinite, possessing secrets, words, and ideas. They are not merely structural letters; it is a compound world.
